Early Career in Residential Construction & Development Planning
I began working in the development field after college and quickly grew to love the industry. I handled the oversight from construction to out sale. Managing contractors, working with architects and engineers, handling permitting and inspections, and taking the projects through closing with real estate agents and title companies, as the owner’s representative and project manager.

I have worked on large scale multi use projects beginning in the land acquisition and planning phase. I have worked with waterfront properties designing mixed use spaces containing restaurants, shops, marina and living spaces; beach front communities for resort living; as well as second home golf course communities. I have handled both local and international projects planning many different site plans.

Taking a piece of land and transforming it into a Condominium Project, planning a beachfront resort, turning an old home into a beautiful new space for a family to spend their summers at the beach, my projects over the years have been both interesting and fun.
Regulatory Compliance & Permitting Experience
I have successfully managed challenging projects that required complex permitting and approval, often navigating obstacles where permits were not easily obtained. Over the years, I have worked extensively with various governmental agencies, developing a deep understanding of regulatory processes, and ensuring compliance to move projects forward efficiently.
Navigating regulatory compliance and permitting requirements has been a key aspect of my professional journey, especially when handling complex projects. I have extensive experience in overcoming regulatory hurdles, even in challenging situations where permits were initially hard to obtain.
- Legal Real Estate Challenges
- NJDEP – CAFRA, Zane, Tidelands, etc.
- Local Municipalities – Planning and Zoning Boards, Variances, Construction Permits, and Inspections, etc.
- Adverse Possession Claims with Municipalities
- Contract Review and Negotiation

These diverse experiences provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate a wise range of situations. They were not only an education in executing specific tasks, but also in negotiating favorable outcomes to achieve the owners’ objectives effectively.
